Hi Jay, for the same reason many Jews don’t follow Torah, eat non-kosher foods and violate the Sabbath. As with anything there is a spectrum of observance with any group. As it has been said many times “there is more than one way to be a Jew”.

Another reason, Messianic Judaism believes that Yeshua is the Messiah and because of this we understand there was a change in the Law (see Hebrews 7:11-12). Now before you accuse me of changing the Law, realize that Rabbinic Judaism has also by necessity changed the Law, by the very fact that there is no Temple. After all to keep Torah we need a Temple and without it, we cannot keep Torah as G-d has given it to us. T

Therefore each of us needs to choose, every Jew is responsible for what G-d has revealed through the Torah and each of us will be held accountable for our choices. Remember the wisdom of the Proverbs 14:12, “A road may seem right to a man, But in the end it is a road to death.” Let us not forget our history of rejecting the Prophets and the truth of G-d. Let’s guard our hearts and not be so quick to place our trust in the tradition of men rather than the very words of G-d.

If j.c. was jewish then why doesn’t his followers not follow his ways and practice all the laws of the Torah [old testament] To eat non-kosher and violate the sabbath, not adhere to family purity, etc etc, is abhorrent to j.c.. These jews for j.c. are nothing more than hypocrites .
